I made one solid layer of chicken breasts in the bottom of a 13x9 pan & then I added a layer of grated parmesan cheese then the sauteed grated zucchini then added a layer of shredded co-jack cheese. Then I dipped the chicken in egg & italian seasoned bread crumbs & added it to the top.<br />It was good-I cooked it a bit longer than you did-it was solid & I wanted to be sure it was cooked through. I think I cooked it about 45 minutes. Thanks for the idea!
