  1. Could one substitute nutella or some other chocolate spread for the cream cheese in the Rhodes Gorilla Bread recipe?

    1. I think Nutella should work. That would be delicious.

  2. I stumbled upon your website today after searching for a stuffed French bread recipe, and I'm so glad I did! I pinned a few recipes and then said to heck with it and am now a Pinterest follower. Probably soon to be follower on every other social media site, too. Ha! I feel like your recipes will fit in perfectly with my family, and they all look deliciously easy. Perfect! Thank you!!

  4. Hi Jenn, I just found the wonderful looking peach bread recipe on Pinterest! I was wondering if the measurement would change if I used fresh peaches instead of canned. They are usually a bit juicier than canned. I just got some wonderful Palisade Colorado peaches and wanted to use them in the recipe.
I just signed up for your emails. Looking forward to all you other recipes!

    1. Hi Sharon, I haven't tried making the peach bread with fresh peaches, but I think it would work just fine. Even though the canned peaches are drained when making this bread, they are still pretty juicy. If you try it, let me know how it turns out. Thank you for following :)

  5. Hi Jenn..question on the gooey cookies made with a cake mix. What size cake mix was this made from? I ask, because standard cake mixes are shrinking in size, over the years. Used to be 18ozs, then went to 16.5, now they are 15.25

    1. That's crazy it's gone down so much. I use the current standard size of 15.25 oz.

    1. Hi Debby, I'm at around 4600 feet in altitude, so I'm not sure that you would need to make any adjustments? I don't have much experience baking above that.

  13. Very excited to have found this blog. I love that it is soooo clean in appearance! I like that I don't have to sift through ads upon ads to get to the recipes. :) I'm not a mom but my boyfriend loves to eat homecooked meals. Our kitchen is too small for two people but I've made some really great meals that have brought us closer.

I'm going to try your breakfast hot pockets. Do you think these will freeze well? I want to make some home food that he can pop in the microwave before heading out the door. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks again for the awesome site and recipes!
